Where’s the Media Outrage? Racist Mob Beating Not Getting Much Coverage

On March 17th six Black men – Teryn Robinson, 18, Tray Holland, 19, Justin Alexander, 20, Derick Williams, 22, Kino Jones, 25, and Montrez Jones, 22 – brutally beat a White man in front of an Applebees in Seneca, SC. Even our politically correct local news are forced to admit that the beating was motivated purely by racial animosity. The evidence of this has to do with what the mob said to the victim prior to and during the attack.

I haven’t seen any rallies against this crime, have you? No statements from various groups and no in depth coverage. The news articles are perfunctory at best and designed to no incite people.

Much different than the Trayvon Martin case.

Make no mistake, the media is in collusion with radical groups in an attempt to do one thing and that is not get justice for Martin. The media is trying to start race riots by distorting the facts, creating emotionally charged reports and more shamefully naming witnesses so that they will be targeted by the mos they’re helping create. ABC News just named a 13-year-old boy who police questioned, endangering that boys life. That they have an agenda is clear and obvious.

Too many on the left long for the civil unrest we saw in the 60s and 70s but never lived through them. They have no idea how bad these riots they are creating will be. I urge everyone to try to calm their friends and neighbors and hope for the best. But prepare for the worst.

Greenville Sex Offender Rampage in Asheville

Usually I write about Asheville when one of those dirty hippies there does something especially noteworthy. But this time we Greenville County folks exported our problems to them. We have a sex offender named Leslie Dirton who runs around unsupervised and spent his time going to Asheville where he did what sex offenders do:

ASHEVILLE — City police extradited a South Carolina man who is a registered sex offender, charging him with multiple charges of indecent exposure and peeping late Friday.

Leslie Dirton of Greenville, S.C., faces eight charges of indecent exposure, seven charges of secret peeping and a charge of stalking.

Dirton is accused of making trips to mainly downtown Asheville to expose and gratify himself in front of unsuspecting men, said Asheville police Lt. Wally Welch.

Officer William Olson began putting together the cases after Olson arrested Dirton last February. Bouncers at Tressa’s Downtown Jazz and Blues club on Broadway Street called to complain that a man was exposing himself to patrons. Dirton was charged with indecent exposure, secret peeping, trespassing and resisting an officer, but was later released.

Olson spoke with a number of downtown merchants and after a lengthy investigation, determined Dirton was a suspect in more than a dozen other cases going back to 2010.

I’m surprised that the people in Asheville didn’t dig this behavior but they don’t so let’s keep this pervert on a shorter leash from now on.

Should We Use Gold and Silver as Money?

I’m not sure on this. Gold and silver are good wealth protection investments but that’s only because it remains the same value relative a fiat currency like the U.S. dollar. Once we start using gold and silver that benefit would likely end as South Carolina adjusts to this. How would we use gold coins, for example, to pay off a $3,000 debt when the gold is $10,000 an ounce? Will people gives us $7,000 in gold and silver which, as thee dollar continues to be debased will increase in value so that they are giving you too much change or pay you in increasingly worthless dollar bills?

I’m mulling this over:

Yet Another Reason to Monitor the Internet Activity of Your Children

In Greer a man is in critical condition after a 20-year-old man his 16-year-old step-daughter was “communicating” with online pulled a home invasion where he slit the man’s throat. The teen was originally assumed abducted but according to WSPA she’s been arrested along with the throat slitter:

A 20-year-old man is under arrest in Spartanburg County after police say he cut the throat of the stepfather of a 16-year-old girl.

Greer Police Lt. Jim Holcombe says the man went to a home on Aldgate Way to pick up the teenage girl this morning.

The man and the girl left the home in a Ford Explorer. Greer Police say law officers in the area were notified to look for the vehicle.

Three Greenville County schools, Riverside Middle, Riverside High and Woodland Elementary, were placed on lockdown at one point of the investigation, but that has been lifted.

Holcombe says the man was pulled over for a traffic stop on U.S. 221 near Woodruff in Spartanburg County around 9:45 a.m.

The man and the 16-year old girl were arrested. Greer police say they’re trying to determine the teenager’s involvement in what happened.

Word on the street is two fold. One theory was that this girl lucked out because her gold Explorer driving “boyfriend” is actually a pimp which is why he was taking her back to Spartanburg which is pretty well known for child trafficking. The other is that the girl told the man the step-father was abusive. I can’t confirm either just passing along information but when a teenage girl has her step-father stabbed by a 20-year-old in an expensive car who then tries to get her to a place known for sex trafficking I think you can figure this one out sans tipsters.

Since the guy might die from his injuries I won’t speculate on why a teenage girl hates her step-father so much but I will say this could have been avoided if her parents simply took the time to take a look at what she was up to when she was online.

Rotten Reporting: The Case of the Raceless Rapists

Three young women were raped by two gun wielding thugs on the Lander University campus. The men are, as of this posting, still on thee loose. Yet some news organizations don’t seem too concerned about helping authorities catch these animals. Here’s a description of the pair from Fox Carolina:

One suspect was described as 6′ tall and 200 pounds. The other was described as 5’10″ tall and 180 pounds. Both were said to be wearing dark, hooded sweatshirts and jeans and carrying black handguns.

Not exactly narrowing that down. Also, handguns cover everything from single action “cowboy” revolvers (like my 10 shot Uberti Stallion in .22 lr) to semi-auto pistols like Glocks to specialty pistols like the Draco which is an AK-47 in pistol version to odd ducks like my Rossi Ranch Hand which I’m known to take around my garden as a display of force again the damn fig eating birds. A description of the perps is a must, but a description of the actual firearms used may also jog the memory of a tipster. I am just pointing that out to show how little thought journalists, who tend to look down their noses at bloggers and crime writers, put into their reporting.

But the real issue is of course the description of the perps, which since they are violent, dangerous rapists the public could use. SCNow.com has a report that doesn’t even contain a description of the pair! Why? I think you can guess when you read the description from WSPA:

One suspect was described as bi-racial, approximately 6′ tall and 200 pounds, according to a statement from the school Thursday evening.

The other suspect was a black male, standing approximately 5’10″ and 180 pounds. Both were wearing dark clothing and “hoodie” type sweatshirts.

First let me say that being bi-racial myself I find it hard to believe that these victims would be sure that someone is or is not mixed unless they know the guy. Most White people I meet think I’m White unless I get a tan going in which case they think I’m Spanish. Some Black folk recognize me as Black but quite a few also assume I’m Hispanic. Multiple Latinos have approached me speaking Spanish, I suppose though that could be because I dress like an aging glam rocker which is unfortunately similar to the “Narco-Cowboy” style popular in Mexico but this has happened to me since I was a kid. I think unless the police aren’t reporting that they kind of know who this person is a better description for the first perp would be a light skinned Black male.

But seriously is political correctness more important that getting the information out there that might save a woman from a brutal attack? Many local journalists seem to think yes. Which is why you can not trust the media.
