Joseph Christopher Walker Charged in Greenville Murder

The father of five was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals and is accused of killing the man who was found shot to death between houses in Greenville early Saturday morning. From The Republic:

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Authorities say a 27-year-old Greenville man is accused of killing a man whose body was found last week between two houses.

Greenville police said Thursday that the U.S. Marshals’ fugitive task force helped apprehend Joseph Christopher Walker. He is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

According to an arrest warrant, Walker and Young argued last Saturday, and Walker returned with a gun.

He is accused of shooting Jonathan Young multiple times. A passerby discovered his body Saturday morning.

Fox Carolina is reporting that the police are still looking for witnesses so the investigation is clearly not closed.

I went to two Greenville Tea Party events (and my homie Mark Sanford was at one – straight pimpin’) but there was nothing like this going on. It was all love and respect and patriotism. At Occupy Oakland it was about old school ‘banging:

OAKLAND, Calif. — Authorities have made an arrest in the shooting death of a man near the former Occupy Oakland encampment outside City Hall.

Police say 20-year-old Norris Terrell, of Oakland, was picked up last week in Louisville, Ky. Prosecutors have charged him with murder in the Nov. 10 slaying of 25-year-old Kayode Ola Foster, who was staying at the camp.

Police say Terrell also wounded a credit union teller with an errant bullet meant for Foster.

Three other people have also been arrested for assault in connection with the shooting. Police say 32-year-old Joseph Anthony Gholston, 20-year-old Excell McKinley and 18-year-old Carleon Roberson beat Foster before Terrell shot him.

Authorities say the shooting occurred after one of the suspects got into a dispute at the camp that might not have involved Foster.

As Mark “D-Droppa” Sanford would say don’t go to the ‘hood and don’t bring the ‘hood to you if you don’t have heart.

Word on the street is that the group were at Occupy to deal, were getting “down twinkled” too much and Foster just bumped into them at the wrong time.

Maybe Occupy organizers should warn their comrades about interacting with dangerous criminals?

John Young Died of Gunshot Wound

An autopsy was performed today to determine the cause of death of a man found between houses near Sullivan and Dean streets. As I suspected the man was a victim of a gunshot wound.

Greenville County Coroner Sharon Craver is investigating a body that was found Saturday morning on Sullivan Street.

28 year old Jonathan Young was found in between two abandoned homes.

Craver says that the autopsy was on Sunday and Mr. Young passed away from a gunshot wound.

The Greenville City Police are investigating this as a homicide.

They believe the shooting occurred sometime between Friday night and early Saturday morning.

Police are asking that is anyone has any information regarding this case to please call 23-CRIME.

Since the Republican presidential debates have brought the issue of illegal immigration to the fore once again I decided to spend some time talking about the real problem of unassimilated aliens from cultures that are misogynist being allowed to dwell here without consequence. Legal immigration is important because it weeds out those who don’t want to assimilate, and is itself an assimilating experience. Border jumpers simply bring thier often times barbaric cultures with them. Dr. Deborah Schurman-Kauflin, author of the book Vulture: Profiling Sadistic Serial Killers, wrote two excellent essays on this topic that readers should look at. The first is called called The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration which deals specifically with sex crimes and the second is called Importing Violence which deals with cases like the one below.

South Carolina Man Shot by Ohio Craigslist Killers

Anyone who reads crime blogs knows sites like Craigslist are dangerous places frequented by all sorts of criminals looking for a quick score. Meeting anyone from these sites is risky and always has been. A local South Carolina resident found out the hard way that some of these people are interested in taking more than you’re money – they want you’re life:

One of the assailants was 16, the other a grown man and since the American press is being coy about the names to protect the identity of the kid it seems like the two are related. Let that sink in for a while. The Daily Mail identified the older man as 52-year-old Richard Beasley who has yet to be charged but is in jail on a prostitution charge. His mother claimed he hung around with drug addicts and “street people” so maybe the kid was also turning tricks with him?

Rumors are that there will be a lot more bodies uncovered in this area. The victim was lucky to escape with his life. Do not meet people from the Internet in real life, period.

Last week I got a tip from someone who knew murder victim Allison Cross personally and had dealings with her boyfriend/murderer Michael Crane. Here’s the story in his own words:

…Iknew Allison Cross and Ms Lancer who were killed in the double homicide in simpsonville at the beginning of the month. Me and my ex wife were friends of allison and after my ex wife left me I was involved a year later in a short term relationship with allison and we decided to just be friends. Long story short, last summer when she got involved with the man who killed her and her mom he found out that me and allison were friends and she told him about us being intimate. In turn he spent off and on threatening to kill me and my family down here in florida. Wasn’t a constant daily thing but would get harassing calls which I never took serious until I seen what happened today. Have quite a few witnesses to his actions, had to even change my cell number. Not sure if this is important to the case but I don’t mind even testifying to this come court day cause I feel this man is a very sick person who is bound to hurt more people if he isn’t stopped.

Apparently Crane went as far as to harass the old lady of the tipster … because he was mad his girlfriend had an ex? Unsurprisingly this strained the friendship between the tipster and Cross and she chose to side with Crane! Crane killed her months later.

The lesson here is this. Ladies, scumbags are scumbags. If a person threatened to kill the family of your ex just because he was your ex you can be damn sure he’ll think about killing you at some point. Cross and her mother paid the ultimate price for trusting this degenerate, don’t make the same mistake they did.

The tipster is willing to testify at Crane’s trail if needed.

Double Homicide in Simpsonville

The victims were a mother and daughter – 56-year-old Jane Lancer and 26-year-old Allison Cross. They were found dead in their home August 2nd around 3:00 pm and a male who was in the house with them is the main suspect. That man, the 35-year-old boyfriend of Allison Cross, has been charged with both killings. Cops ended up going to the home because a relative was concerned for the safety of the women. Sad case but I’m putting my money on it being open and shut. Video via Fox Carolina:

A horrible story all around. Bennie Ray Brown murdered his long time and long suffering girlfriend Nichole Kingsborough and Deputy Roger Rice after getting out of jail for criminal domestic violence. The judge who let him out didn’t have this scumbag’s rap sheet in front of him when he released. Terrible:
