Concerns Growing Over Missing College Student
The subtext of this video is that Eric Robertson may have harmed himself or succumbed to an illness, but it’s too early to rule out foul play if you ask me.
From WSPA:
College Student Disappears on Way to Greenville
A student at Presbyterian College disappeared Monday night and authorities are at a loss to figure out what happened to him. Eric Christie Robertson called his girlfriend around 8:30pm Monday to tell her he was coming to Greenville to see her. He was again spotted in Clinton around 11:00pm but he never made it to Greenville.
He has “medical issues” that make the search pressing though they have yet to disclosed. Police are currently doing grid searches of the area around his dorm. His car was found in his parking place and his cell phone was found in his dorm room. Right now police do not suspect he was the victim of a crime, but may be suffering a medical emergency.
Anyone with information should call the Clinton Department of Public Safety at 864-833-7510.
No Charges Filed Against Mother Whose Child Was Found Wandering White Horse Road?
What? A two-year-old was found by a bus driver wandering the streets alone. When she asked the child where his mother was the boy said “at work” which would lead me to believe that since this was 7:45 in the morning someone, shall we say, pulls a night shift. The heroic bus driver tried to look for the child’s parents on her own for a while before calling cops, and once police finally found the mother they found she didn’t even know the boy was gone.
Mow if she worked a 9-5 she would have already been up and known she was missing a kid. I think she got home around 6:00am or so and passed out which to mean means bartender or dancer. But I digress.
Police aren’t going to press charges though, which is weird because this does sound neglectful:
The Greenville Sheriff’s office says they were contacted Wednesday morning at approximately 7:45 am concerning a 2 year old boy found by a Greenville Transit Authority bus driver.
Deputies say the boy wandered away from the nearby Emerald Commons Apartment Complex, while his mother was asleep. Investigators say the boy walked toward an intersection of White Horse Road, where he tried to get on a bus.
Investigators say the bus driver, Carolyn Downs, took the child and tried to look for his parents without success. The driver then drove the child to the Greenville Transit Authority Office and contacted the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were able to knock on doors until they found the child’s parents. They say his mom wasn’t even aware he was gone.
But the cops don’t expect to file charges? Am I missing something?
Human Remains Found Near Belaire Estates
A hunter happened upon skeletal remains scattered around a wooded area near Belaire Estates on Saturday. Authorities have not ruled out foul play.
The remains were found across from 102 Kondros Circle in Greenville Saturday.
A Simpsonville hunter found the remains just before 4 p.m.

The remains are those of a man missing since early 2007. Investigators believe the remains have been at that wooded location for quite some time.
The name of the deceased will not be released until the man’s family has been notified.

On Saturday a car found parked near a pond was traced to the couple who had by then disappeared. Homer Stanton’s hearing aid was found in the car.
