“Officers responded to Haywood Pointe Apartments, late Tuesday night to a report of a suspicious white male. The victim says he was wearing a gray hoodie and black cap. No suspects were arrested.”

What else can you say? This guy seems to live in this complex or very nearby.Striking twice in a very short period of time seems ballsy. I’m assuming the apartment management is stepping up its security warnings and procedures. I mean what are you going to do…run the guy down, chase him for looking in your window. Ew yuck no thanks. It’s just plain creepy and scary at the same time. He’s obviously getting a kick out of the attention. Let’s name him shall we? Too Nuts Tommy? Gutsy Gus. Share yours in the comment section.

Child services got a call reporting Debra Annmarie Blackmon for neglect and abuse. An investigation revealed that the prescription drug addict was letting her “main drug supplier” rape a child she was the legal guardian of in exchange for pills. From KIAH:

Police in Titusville arrested two local residents on Wednesday — one accused of trading sex with a child to the other in order to sate an addiction to prescription pills.

According to an arrest report, Debra Annmarie Blackmon, 25, allowed Tony Marcel Hammond, 23, to have sex with the girl in her home in exchange for pills.

The report states the child agreed to the arrangement sometime in December, because Blackmon was addicted to pills and suffering from withdrawal symptoms.

Police say Hammond provided the girl marijuana to “help [the victim] complete the sex act.” After the sex, police say, Hammond provided Oxycodone and Percocet.

The report says Blackmon denied trading sex with the girl. However, she said she was aware of Hammond, “her main drug supplier,” having sex with the child.

Hammond, police say, initially denied having sex with the girl, but later admitted he’d done so “one time.” He said that he never gave the girl any drugs, reports state.

Identifying information about the victim, including her name, age and details of her relationship with the suspects in the case, was redacted from police reports.

Blackmon faces a sex-trafficking charge, as well as child neglect with great harm. Hammond faces charges of sex trafficking and procuring a child for prostitution.

If only Oxycodone and Percocet was legal and regulated this sort of crime wouldn’t happen. Oh, wait a minute. They are legal. Seems as if the addiction to the drug itself and not the legal status of the drug is the problem. Mind blowing, I know.

Weed smoking douches will howl about how the rapist using marijuana to drug the child is a one off but let’s be honest here. People give pot to teen and younger girls so they can have sex with them, not to “expand their minds” or whatever garbage they claim. I’d say a good 25% of “adults” who buy weed do so with the intention of getting a child they want to molest stoned.

And by “women” I assume we’re talking about some teen runaway since the news media won’t release the name or age of the victim. The victim is seven months pregnant and said this scumbag was forcing her to turn tricks since July 2011.  So it looks like Javed preyed on a girl he started a relationship with. But the story is worse than you think:

According to the criminal complaint, Burnsville police encountered the woman at a Burnsville motel after seeing ads in the “escort” section of the website Backpage.com. Investigators were concerned about her safety because she appeared in photos to be pregnant and under the influence of drugs.

Officers tracked a phone number in the ads to Mobin, and an undercover officer arranged to meet the woman on Jan. 11. The woman, who said she was seven months pregnant with Mobin’s child, told police that four or five days earlier Mobin had slammed her head into a wall, then choked her until she almost passed out. She said Mobin had been prostituting her since July 2011 and had threatened to kill her several times.

Burnsville police spokesman Sgt. Rory Bochniak said the woman was not arrested or charged in connection with the incident. He said police had contact with Mobin when he was a juvenile. Mobin is being held in the Dakota County jail in lieu of $70,000 bail. His next court appearance is Feb. 14.

Word on the street is also that Mobin is actually one of those poor “undocumented” just hanging around doing the sex slaving Americans won’t.

All you Greenville “hobbyists” out there might want to think about this story before trolling the web for hookers. Trench Reynolds made a great point in his write up of this:

So let’s put this into perspective. A 19-year-old kid is forcing a woman to have sex with strangers, he is allegedly repeatedly physically assaulting her while she is pregnant with his baby. It doesn’t get much more disgusting than that.

Oh wait, yes it does. Village Voice Media is making money off of this woman’s suffering and claiming it’s a free speech issue. Yeah, that’s as disgusting as it gets.

True, but is it as disgusting as the people who knew she was in trouble and instead of helping her paid her pimp to rape her?

Per the Greenville Police Department: “A second incident of “Peeping Tom” has been reported at Haywood Pointe Apartments January 17th at 10:45 p.m. The suspect is a white male. In the latest incident, he is described as 20-40 years old with brown hair, slender build, 5’08″-6’01″, 160-190 lbs. and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.”

What wasn’t stated is whether or not this male was actually trying to peak in a woman’s window or a man’s window to get his kicks. I suppose it doesn’t matter, but could help the public zero in on the suspect. We just assume it was woman reporting the incident.

Nevertheless, I never understood why someone would personally put themselves at risk of being labeled and jailed for antics that could just as well be solved with an issue of a Playboy. Or an imagination heaven forbid. But then again – that’s me as a semi-productive member of society. Some people don’t have the “common sense.”

It’s also possible this person was casing apartments for valuables. Though that is just conjecture on my part. But it almost seems more likely. Anyway you look at it…creeping around peeping in windows is crazy. And dangerous. Are there support groups for people like this? Now my brain hurts.

The following are some safety tips you can take at your home (per GPD). Thought I’d add a few tips in bold, that I think will put your mind at ease.

1. Keep curtains and blinds shut tightly, especially at night in private areas of your
home. (say to yourself in whispering voice “if I don’t see them, they’re not there”)
2. Set up potted plants or plant vegetation near side and rear windows and patio
doors, but keep shrubbery trimmed so that Peeping Toms can’t hide.
3. Install a motion detector system with a light in vulnerable areas outside the home.
4. Keep windows and doors locked at all times.
5. Talk to neighbors and share information about unusual visitors or loitering in the
neighborhood.
6. If any witnesses are present, get their names and phone numbers.
7. Detail the suspect’s appearance for the responding officer.
8. Detail how the suspect flees the area – on foot or by vehicle. Describe the vehicle
for police.
9. Write down tag numbers of suspicious vehicles and provide these to police.
10. If you see someone looking in your window, try not to panic. Call 9-1-1
immediately and stay inside until an officer arrives
11. In case they come through your window, be prepared with a firearm.
12. Don’t hesitate if you feel your life is threatened
13. Take a breath…squeeze.

OK I’m not proposing you kill anyone. Unless you have to in order to save your life. But if you live inside the Haywood Triangle, don’t keep your head in the sand.

Now here’s a selection of comments by her friends and defenders that happened after someone came in and claimed the media was covering up the fact she was raped – at some point at some time. When people responded that being a rape victim doesn’t excuse you victimizing others her friends displayed the depraved immorality one expects from people who hang around child molesters.

Someone using the handle “Nellie” dropped this little nugget of wisdom:

george, how does being raped give you a free pass? being raped means you are being forced to do something against your will.. you do not know her full story NOR will they broadcast it. CANDICE IS THE VICTIM! does her clean history not help her situation?! i know candice personally and let me tell you, SHE IS NOT THAT KIND OF PERSON! Why would she go to school and work so hard to become a teacher to supposedly have sex with a minor? she could’ve done that years ago!

Yes, why would a child molester work with children? Great argument. Then “unwinding” chimes in with this excuse:

RIchard, I’m a 23 year old female, barely 5′ tall. I have no doubt some 14 year olds could physically overpower me. Tamassee DAR School takes in lots of kids with histories of extreme violence, drug/alcohol abuse and sexual activity. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if it turned out Smith was raped. It also might interest you to know that 80% of rapes go unreported. Considering that, and the fact that the kid could claim it was consensual thereby ruining her, it’s not surprising that she didn’t report it either. It is wrong to have sex with a 14-y-o. It is also wrong for a 14-y-o to rape somebody. I think we should reserve judgement until the entire case comes to light.

Of course! An evil 14-year-old was blackmailing her for sex! And she told no one because she thought being raped was preferable to being “ruined” at a group home. Makes sense.

Then “Nellie” retunred to pinch off this loaf of asininity:

George – RAPE IS RAPE. Candice was THREATENED by this monster. You don’t know the complete details. Read more closely to what?! The **** that the media is putting out? How do you know what a 14 year old is capable of? She worked at a GROUP HOME FOR TROUBLE TEENAGERS. Does that mean ANYTHING!? Come on now.

I have to agree with her on one thing. Rape is rape and Candice Smith raped a child. How disgusting do you have to be to blame troubled teens for their own victimization? Word of the street is that Candice’s friends and family are taking the Alex Jones route and running around the internet spreading rumors about a “conspiracy” etc. I’m betting the only conspiracy here will be found later when we see “Nellie” and others knew what Candice was up to all along.

Domingo Decir Salgado is a fugitive from the Midlands but he may be in the upstate – or he might be fleeing to some other area. No one knows. What we do know is that he likes raping dudes:

Orangeburg, SC (WLTX) – Orangeburg County deputies are searching for a man they say sexually assaulted another man last Friday.

Officers say they’re looking for 22-year-old Domingo Decir Salgado.

Investigators say Salgado forcibly assaulted the man at a home in Orangeburg last Friday. Officers believe it’s possible Salgado has left the area and may be using a different name.

The fact that he “might” have a changed his name and fled screams out undocumented but hey – if not for the undocumented who’d rape dudes in America?

Saldago is 28, lived at 707 Mels Court in Orangeburg and is supposedly 5’7″ and 145 pounds though his picture indicates hes a bit portlier than that. It’s likely those stats come from a fake ID. If you see him, watch your backs.

Satoria Chari Youngblood is a Flint, Michigan area prostitute who also pimps out teen girls as a side line. The reporting on her most recent arrest is confusing but apparently cops caught Youngblood red handed pimping out teens and with child porn on her phone – but the feds are seeking her arrest which makes it sound like Youngblood went on her merry way after getting caught. I’m not sure if she got bail but if she did that’s a mistake since Youngblood moves from city to city. The mugshot above, courtesy of Busted Mugshots, is from a Utah bust where she was charged with pimping out kids and money laundering. Since that arrests was in July of this year and her newest arrest was in Michigan just a few weeks ago I assume she jumped bond there too.

I doubt she’s still in Michigan or returning to Utah now. She is known to use Backpage.com for her pimping so any city (like Greenville) with a good number of escorts will be somewhere she’s likely to turn up. Her ads in Michigan had the title “New To Your Town — Hot! Sexy! & The Best Around.” All you whore-mongers out there should be aware that she’s using underage sex slaves so you should pull your pants up and call the cops if you’re doing business with her, scumbag.

Meanwhile, Greenville County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported police investigator from early Monday morning, but there’s no reason to think that incident was related to the Spartanburg incidents.

A woman says she was driving on East North Street around 2:30 a.m. when a vehicle behind her had flashing white lights in the grill.

She pulled over at Ramblewood Apartments and said the car stopped before pulling around her. She said there was no further contact, but she did see the driver of a black two-door Chevrolet Malibu.

He was described as a black man in his late 20’s who was wearing a white long sleeved t-shirt.

GCSO investigators say there’s no evidence to show this was linked to an earlier incident in the county or a previous report of an incident in Spartanburg County.

Which is definitely cause for concern since it means this is just a new scam a bunch of different crooks have come up with. Video courtesy WSPA:
