Rotten Reporting: Sierra Chaffin and the Charming Naivety of News Reporters
Sierra Chaffin, pictured above, recently made headlines when she assaulted her 74-year-old live in lover after an argument over something she desperately needed to get out of his house the day she was moving out. She also has a long history of drug related arrests, and the old man is a thief awaiting trail for stealing money and exploiting other elderly persons.
While titillated by this story of the 22-year-old who admitted to having a sexual relationship with someone old enough to be her great-grandfather reporters exposed how little they learn in their sheltered colleges because multiple news outlets have write ups that include this little nugget:
The sheriff’s report offered no insight into how Chaffin and Beita became a couple, despite a 52-year age gap, although the pair did confirm that they had a ‘physical relationship’ and were living together.
Well let’s go over this again, Sierra Chaffin is a “hard 22″ as we say meaning she obviously is on drugs and it’s effecting her. That is backed up by HER LONG HISTORY OF DRUG ARRESTS. Her victim, one Marcos Bieta, is a con artist or thief who was stealing money and then got caught. Now going to trial (and no longer scamming money) Beita’s very young girlfriend moves out and becomes enrages when her thieving elderly ex won’t give her something out the house that no one will describe.
But reporters don’t know what the glue that held this unconventional relationship together was? Really?
Sierra is also apparently a Greenville Dragnet fan since she got my name tattooed on her stomach:
And though very flattered I’m happily married. I do appreciate the support however. But here’s another clue as to what held the two together. Sierra doesn’t have a Marcos tattoo. She does have a two-year-old daughter who I hear is not Marcos’.
But maybe Marcos was very attracted to young, troubled women with drug habits and other dudes names tattooed on their stomachs, Sierra really got turned on by wrinkled genitalia and her drug problems and his ability to procure money by hook or by crook played no part in their “relationship” whatsoever. And maybe she just lost her keys! hat’s why she was so upset. It’s not like Marcos has a history of stealing valuable things … you know like an eight ball or a sack of Oxys?
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying it was right to beat up an old man. But it’s also not right to make a victim out of a thief who was clearly exploiting a drug addict and more than likely got roughed up after stealing her stash. People always complain that bloggers aren’t reporters but that’s a good thing, because we bloggers don’t live in a rainbow lit fantasy land where women with drug addictions just happen to fall in love with elderly thieves.
Naivety is charming in children and amusing in adults, but it’s sad in the media.

“Officers arrested 32-year-old Rodricus Lamont Smith as he was fleeing the scene – Club Cream, Congaree Road, early Sunday morning. Two victims reported being stabbed during an altercation in the parking lot. They were taken to Greenville Memorial for treatment. Smith is charged with Attempted Murder, Possession of a Knife During a Violent Crime, Unlawful Weapon and Open Container.He is in the Greenville County Detention Center.”
Club Cream. Now that sounds like a nice place I’d like to take my girlfriend or wife to after an average supper at the Haywood Road Applebees. Not!. ICK!! YUCK!! Club Cream?? What happens at Club Cream Stays at Club Cream, I hope.
I did a little research on this place and it bills its self on Metromix as “Cream Upscale Night Club”. Sorry. When you have to point out to your customers and literally say you are upscale – you are henceforth not. Upscale is the bar, aka the “lounge” at the Ritz. Not a firetrap looking club off Haywood Road where knife fights break out.
Ok I suppose a knife fight can happen anywhere. And people deserve a place to go and have fun and listen to music that they are into. I’m totally ok with that. It’s just that, if you know the type of place you are going to – a possibly unsafe one, like a bar or nightclub, you are putting yourself at excess risk. People use bad judgment when they drink copious amounts of well liquor drinks.

Victimless Crime File: Man Shot Dealing Medical Marijuana

And here I thought people having access to legal marijuana would eliminate crime. From MercuryNews.com:
PACHECO — A man was shot outside a minimart Sunday during a soured marijuana deal arranged through Craigslist, the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office said.
The victim, a 41-year-old Pacheco resident, met with an unknown man in the parking lot of a convenience store in the 5200 block of Pacheco Boulevard with the intent to sell marijuana, said Sheriff’s spokesman Jimmy Lee.
They got into the would-be seller’s car, where he asked the prospective buyer if he was legally able to possess marijuana, Lee said. The stranger then pulled out a gun.
The victim got out of the car and ran away but the gunman opened fire, striking him in the leg. The gunman fled in another vehicle and was last seen getting onto Highway 4, Lee said.
The wounded man drove home and contacted authorities.
If I were shot in the leg I’d probably call an ambulance to my location but hey, I’m sually sober.
You know, it’s almost as if legalizing pot would not remove criminals from the drug culture – they’d just be arrested less often. Someone should tell medical marijuana dealers that.

Tony Bennett claimed Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse and Michael Jackson would all be alive if we legalized drugs, which is odd since all three died abusing either prescription drugs or alcohol. Last I heard these were legal. Here’s my response at Red State.
Victimless Crime File: Florida “Mother” Pimps Out Child for Pills
Child services got a call reporting Debra Annmarie Blackmon for neglect and abuse. An investigation revealed that the prescription drug addict was letting her “main drug supplier” rape a child she was the legal guardian of in exchange for pills. From KIAH:
Police in Titusville arrested two local residents on Wednesday — one accused of trading sex with a child to the other in order to sate an addiction to prescription pills.
According to an arrest report, Debra Annmarie Blackmon, 25, allowed Tony Marcel Hammond, 23, to have sex with the girl in her home in exchange for pills.
The report states the child agreed to the arrangement sometime in December, because Blackmon was addicted to pills and suffering from withdrawal symptoms.
Police say Hammond provided the girl marijuana to “help [the victim] complete the sex act.” After the sex, police say, Hammond provided Oxycodone and Percocet.
The report says Blackmon denied trading sex with the girl. However, she said she was aware of Hammond, “her main drug supplier,” having sex with the child.
Hammond, police say, initially denied having sex with the girl, but later admitted he’d done so “one time.” He said that he never gave the girl any drugs, reports state.
Identifying information about the victim, including her name, age and details of her relationship with the suspects in the case, was redacted from police reports.
Blackmon faces a sex-trafficking charge, as well as child neglect with great harm. Hammond faces charges of sex trafficking and procuring a child for prostitution.
If only Oxycodone and Percocet was legal and regulated this sort of crime wouldn’t happen. Oh, wait a minute. They are legal. Seems as if the addiction to the drug itself and not the legal status of the drug is the problem. Mind blowing, I know.
Weed smoking douches will howl about how the rapist using marijuana to drug the child is a one off but let’s be honest here. People give pot to teen and younger girls so they can have sex with them, not to “expand their minds” or whatever garbage they claim. I’d say a good 25% of “adults” who buy weed do so with the intention of getting a child they want to molest stoned.
