James Smith is a Filthy Degenerate New Yorker

I’ll be honest here. I’m from New Jersey, lived in Connecticut and moved here from the Bronx. I moved to South Carolina to get away from blue staters and their love of high taxes, draconian gun control laws and hug-a-thug justice. Also – there are a lot of perverts there.

Thus I’m more than a little annoyed by you South Carolinians opening up your borders to every northeasterner who are fleeing the place they wrecked up and then trying to introduce the same policies here. When will you chase out these damn Yankee carpetbaggers? This is the kind of degenerate your letting in my new home:

GREENVILLE, S.C. — A New York man was arrested after he used the Internet to carry on sexually explicit conversation with an undercover police officer, Greenville police said.

According to arrest warrants, 32-year-old James Smith, of Fort Drum, N.Y., used an instant messaging program to instruct who he believed was an underage girl, but in reality was an undercover police officer, how to perform a sexual act. The warrants also said that Smith used his webcam to display sexually explicit image to the undercover officer.

In other words he whipped out his tiny penis and shock it around on webcam for what he thought was a 13-year-old. Are these the kinds of people you’re letting move here? I say we have a moratorium on immigration from all the blue states.

Update: This degenerate was a Staff Sgt in the Army. Why to make us proud.

I thank my Dad all the time for dragging my 18yr old stubborn A$$ out of Pennsylvania when he did. a short stint in Fla, and been here ever since. Would not move back up north if you paid me “one million dollars” (Dr. Evil voice)I have friends there and visit once and awhile, but I’m always happy to point the car south and head home.

DOH! What if I decide I want to move south? Not only do the liberal views on “justice” tend to piss me off, but I think I’d enjoy the longer growing seasons.

Loup Garou – I feel the same way.

Dodia – You’d better move before we shut the borders.

  6. anonymous on May 2nd, 2011 12:54 pm

  7. Rob Taylor on May 2nd, 2011 2:45 pm

“anonymous” is some pedophile mad about something I wrote about him ignore him.

  8. anonymous on May 3rd, 2011 12:37 pm

Rob Taylor is still a dirty yankee lower than a Slattery.

And as for pedophile – he seems obsessed with them. Me thinks he protesteth too much.

Yes, caring about people who RAPE CHILDREN is an odd thing for a crime blogger to do. You caught me, moron.

  10. christie on May 5th, 2011 5:07 pm

What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Seeing how none of you know the actual details about this arrest, I recommend waiting before judging others! I know this man personally and he would never knowingly pursue a minor! Funny how none if the articles mention that the sting operation contacted him initially and that he closed the IM when they mentioned they were underage, but yet they IMed him again after he didn’t respond! ever hear of entrapment? I pray that those of you who judge people before they are given due process, are falsely accused of something in the future so you know what its like!

  11. Rob Taylor on May 5th, 2011 8:11 pm

So the newspaper accounts and the information listed by the detention center aren’t factual?

  12. christie on May 6th, 2011 7:37 am

They certainly don’t list all the details.

  13. Rob Taylor on May 6th, 2011 1:50 pm

And James told you all the details, I’m sure. You know that there are plenty of pedophiles out there, making it unnecessary to “entrap” anyone. Have you seen the chat logs?

  14. christie on May 6th, 2011 6:38 pm

Yes, he did tell me, and yes, there are plenty of people but sometimes people get desperate if they are about to lose their federal funding or need to show results! I know you certainly haven’t seen the chat logs since his own lawyers haven’t yet. I am sure it will all come out in court eventually but my point is that you should stop spreading filth about someone you know nothing about. I would trust Andy with my life!

  15. Rob Taylor on May 6th, 2011 6:54 pm

Right – you’re taking his word for it. We’ll see when the court case comes up but I’ll bet you $100 he pleads out.

  16. DodiaFae on May 7th, 2011 4:53 pm

Christie, pull your head out of your nether-regions and stop being so gullible. Seriously. I know some of the folks who do this kind of work, and they do not contact the perverts. And they certainly don’t have to wait very long for one of said perverts to contact them. So there’s no reason for them to “entrap” them. That would just make more work for them, anyway.

If your friend (I’m guessing he’s either your vag-filler of the moment, or your baby-daddy, or he’s a relative… why else would you be defending him on some blog? Oh, wait, there’s always the third possibility that you’re some perv from RSOL or SoHOPEful or one of the many similar groups, who trolls the internet for pieces about scumbags who get nabbed for trying to sexually exploit kids in order to make every scumbag who gets nabbed while trying to sexually exploit kids seem like a victim.) didn’t send explicit messages and/or images to someone he believed was a minor, this would all be moot because there would have been no arrest to begin with.

And who’s Andy? Isn’t this piece about James Smith? Is his middle name Andrew or something?

I wouldn’t trust anyone with my life that couldn’t be trusted with the neighbor’s teenaged daughter, that’s for sure.

  17. christie on May 8th, 2011 10:28 pm

Ha ha.. you crack me up. Only a select few know anything about this case ,including his wife and family so think whatever you want if it helps you sleep at night.

Don’t get me wrong, if someone really is after minors, it is completely not acceptable but it is not ‘james’, and there’s probably at least 100 people who know him that don’t have a doubt in their minds that he is innocent. He will definitely not being taking a plea, so it will all come down to the evidence.

  18. christie on May 8th, 2011 10:36 pm

And I’ll bet you $100 that they did contact him first and again a second time after he closed the window. Did he send stupid stuff that he shouldn’t have, yes… but at that point he had no idea it was the same person who he previously stopped talking with.

I am certainly not saying that there are bad people out there but James has risked his life for our country overseas twice, so I think he at least deserves a fair trial before he is tagged with such a label. Thank you!

  19. Rob Taylor on May 9th, 2011 12:29 am

So you admit that he sent sexually explicit pictures of himself to what he thought was a child and your defense is that the person he thought was a child contacted him first? Seriously?

You don’t think a man who sends pictures of his junk to people he thinks are children is a degenerate?

  20. christie on May 9th, 2011 8:09 am

That is not what I said! He thought it was a person of legal age, since he had previously closed the window of the ‘minor’ who had contacted him.

  21. Rob Taylor on May 9th, 2011 2:03 pm

    A) Bullshit.

    B) You’re claiming that a person who sent pictures of their junk to strangers on the Internet ISN’T the kind of person who would try to nail a teen? Really?
