Officers Cleared in Andrew Torres’ Death

I won’t dwell on this because the death was a tragedy, but as I said before the police did nothing wrong. An investigation determined that Torres’ had an enlarged heart which contributed to his death.

Some local groups were trying to use the death of Torres to push an anti-cop agenda, while others were using the death to raise money for a certain group who will remain nameless. Both should be ashamed. This tragedy not a crime.

You are an idiot, This man had a family, get off of it already, stop dragging this up. You should profile your own loser self.

The officers have families too and don’t deserve to lose their livelihood or go to jail for doing their job.

this was a bad situation from the start. I’m gald the officers were not charged. I hope Andrew is in a better place and no longer tormented by the demons of his mortal coil.

Anyone that has been electocuted to death would have an enlarged heart!..3 police officers were there that could have taken the door off the hinges with one kick, and restrained him.Instead they lazily and intentionally stun gunned him to death.I heard they tazed him over 10 times because he would not respond to their commands! There has been over 500 deaths from stun guns since 2000..What mentally ill person responds to normal commands? They were warned of his condition and never took the information the family gave them into account,The family should file wrongful death lawsuit, they would win!And then maybe police will quit using excessive force on those they swore an oath to serve and protect! They pick on the weak and sick because they can,and think they are above the law!Look at the 6 cops that shot the homeless man in Michigan over 30 times..lined up like a firing squad. Why? because he had history with the police and was holding a knife.Every cop I know loves their gun and brags on their marksmanship. They could have shot him in the leg or just tazed him to death, like they did Andrew Torres!

You don’t think people die from being shot in the leg?
