Victimless Crime File – $6 Whore Found in North Carolina
And believe me she did not look like the cheap whore above. Don’t get me wrong, I believe in every American’s God given right to be as cheap, skanky and promiscuous as they want and any scumbag finger-waver who doesn’t like it is a goddamn communist, but let’s not sugar coat it. Cheap whores aren’t born, they’re made in one of two ways. Serious abuse or drug addiction.
The ones created by abuse don’t charge money, the ones with addictions end up in the news:
A Shelby woman faces a prostitution charge after police say she performed a sex act on a city street Tuesday.
Misty Marie Kullman, 25, of the 200 block of Best Street, performed the sex act on a man outside a vehicle on Claxton Drive in exchange for $6, according to a magistrate’s order. Shelby police arrested her on a charge of misdemeanor prostitution.
Police received a suspicious vehicle call on Claxton Drive and spoke to Kullman, who was a passenger in the man’s car. Kullman told the officers that the man had picked her up from her apartment and they were riding around and talking, according to a police report.
The man admitted to police that he paid Kullman for a sex act, Officer D.K. Gemes wrote in the report. The man said he gave Kullman a $2 bill, three $1 bills and an assortment of change, which officers found on Kullman.
Gee, you think drugs were involved? With prices that low it’s no wonder we don’t close the border to North Carolina despite my constant lobbying of state and local authorities.

A Cumberland County man has been arrested after his neighbor says she saw him having sex with her dog.
Authorities on Monday charged 33-year-old Ray Lynn Mitcham, Jr., of Linden, with a felony count of crime against nature involving a dog.
A sheriff’s spokeswoman says Mitcham’s next door neighbor went to speak with him Jan. 2 when she opened the door to his mobile home and saw him attacking her dog.
The man was arrested after a vet collected “DNA” from the dog that matched him. Every time I see a North Carolina plate down here I’m telling pet owners to run.

SYLVA, N.C. (AP) — A Western Carolina University student will spend at least 10 months in prison for robbing a credit union with a toy gun.
Twenty-one-year-old Brian Anthony Edwards pleaded guilty to common law robbery Tuesday and was sentenced to between 10 and 21 months in jail. District Attorney Michael Bonfoey says the junior from Hendersonville majoring in computer information systems confessed to the holdup.
Law officers locked down the campus in Cullowhee three weeks ago after the robbery at a State Employees Credit Union branch across from the school.
The story goes on to report that caught this cretin red handed with the plastic gun, mask and money. But he only gets 10 months?

Moody’s Issues Negative Outlooks for 7 North Carolina Counties
Just as Merideth Whitney warned municipal bonds are stressed by towns, cities and counties finding themselves caught in the debt trap and not finding a way out. Central Falls, RI and Jefferson County, Alabama have already sought bankruptcy protection due to their inability to honor pension obligations. With an overall downgrade of American debt by S&P credit agencies are taking closer looks at the stressed muni bond market and they’re not happy with what they’re seeing:
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) – A bond rating agency has told 5 of North Carolina’s biggest counties and 2 of its larger cities that they retained their good credit rating but their outlook is negative.
Moody’s Investors Service confirmed the AAA ratings of Winston-Salem and Greensboro and Durham, Guilford, Mecklenburg, New Hanover and Wake counties, but said their debt had a negative outlook.
The local governments were among five states and hundreds of communities whose finances were indirectly linked to the U.S. government. The governments were removed from a watch list for possible downgrade with the threat of Washington’s default averted.
Moody’s says it will review the prospects of each borrower in the weeks ahead and report a stable outlook for municipalities that show credit strong enough to withstand a downgrade of U.S. government debt.
