Moody’s Issues Negative Outlooks for 7 North Carolina Counties
Just as Merideth Whitney warned municipal bonds are stressed by towns, cities and counties finding themselves caught in the debt trap and not finding a way out. Central Falls, RI and Jefferson County, Alabama have already sought bankruptcy protection due to their inability to honor pension obligations. With an overall downgrade of American debt by S&P credit agencies are taking closer looks at the stressed muni bond market and they’re not happy with what they’re seeing:
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) – A bond rating agency has told 5 of North Carolina’s biggest counties and 2 of its larger cities that they retained their good credit rating but their outlook is negative.
Moody’s Investors Service confirmed the AAA ratings of Winston-Salem and Greensboro and Durham, Guilford, Mecklenburg, New Hanover and Wake counties, but said their debt had a negative outlook.
The local governments were among five states and hundreds of communities whose finances were indirectly linked to the U.S. government. The governments were removed from a watch list for possible downgrade with the threat of Washington’s default averted.
Moody’s says it will review the prospects of each borrower in the weeks ahead and report a stable outlook for municipalities that show credit strong enough to withstand a downgrade of U.S. government debt.

13-Year-Old Runs of with Tiny Man She Met on Facebook
A North Carolina girl is missing and authorities believe she’s with a 18-year-old from West Virginia:
ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP)— The Alamance County Sheriff’s Department is searching for a 13-year-old Alamance County girl who was last seen getting into a car with a man from West Virginia that she met online.
Deputies said Alexandria Brooke Cagle, 13, of Mountain Valley Road, Snow Camp, was last seen by a family member around 8 a.m on Monday when she got into a white car with Tyler Ross Cole, 18, of Morgantown, W. Va.
Following an investigation, deputies determined Cagle met Cole online within the last few weeks. Authorities said several thousand dollars was also stolen from the girl’s home. The girl’s parents reported the missing girl on Monday, according to a sheriff’s department press release.
Authorities have contacted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to report Cagle missing. Deputies have also obtained warrants against Cole for kidnapping, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and other charges, according to an Alamance County Sheriff’s Department news release.
The fact that they met within a few weeks of him kidnapping her is worrisome. He shouldn’t be hard to find however. Apparently he’s pint sized:
Cagle is 5’2″, 107 pounds and has brown hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing a purple tank top and jean shorts. She goes by the nicknames “Alex” or “Ali.”
Cole is described as a 5’2″ white male and was last seen driving a 1998 Ford Escort with West Virginia license plate 7UL793.
The little girl has a serious medical condition so please keep your eyes open and help with the search if you can. Here’s a picture of the tiny desperado:
Darlene Enos Deserves to Die
Darlene Enos is pictured above with her “special friend” Vincent McDougald otherwise known to many as BlkdominNC. McDougald is a prolific Internet pervert with profiles on several adult dating sites which include photos of him anally fisting one of his morbidly obese girlfriends. I point this out to show you the caliber of men Darlene liked to hook up with online. Darlen, by the way, is not the morbidly obese girlfriend in question – she’s happy to share this “man” who likes to photograph himself anally fisting his “slaves” and post them on BDSM dating sites.
Darlene is also the mother of a 1-year-old girl. Need I explain where this is going?
A mother and a 41-year-old man have been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting the woman’s baby daughter.
Authorities identified the mother as Darlene Enos, 35, who was living in an apartment on Monroe Road in southeast Charlotte. The man was identified as Vincent McDougald of Laurinburg.
McDougald faces charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sex offense and three counts of indecent liberties with a child. Enos was charged with first-degree rape, crime against nature, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts of first-degree sex offense and three counts of indecent liberties with a child.
Each charge is a felony.
The investigation began when a woman contacted the New Hanover Sheriff’s Office in late June to report she had chatted on Yahoo Instant Messenger with a man who had admitted to engaging in several sex acts with a young girl, according to court documents. The man used the screen name “BlkDominNC,” the woman told authorities, and he said the child’s mother lived in Charlotte.
Investigators examined a copy of the chat, which they said contained descriptions of sex acts between the man and the child, according to court documents. The man also described sex acts between the young girl and her mother – a woman he called Darlene, police said.
When officers arrived at Enos’ home last week, they found the woman’s daughter, who Enos said was 1 year old, according to court documents.
The Observer doesn’t name victims of sex crimes. Enos’ child has a different last name.
Enos told investigators she met McDougald on an adult networking website devoted to bondage, police said.
Child raping perverts hooking up on Internet fetish sites? What a surprise. Also a surprise is that though she was considered a bit odd by her neighbors no one suspected how degenerate Enos was – even though her kid was showing obvious signs of abuse:
“She had us all fooled,” said Monique Murphy about the Charlotte woman charged with helping a man she met online sexually assault her own 1-year-old daughter.

Neighbors said they had seen Enos and her daughter, and most did not suspect anything was wrong. But Murphy said she did notice that the little girl seemed different.
“Babies are happy, and she was acting up and talking the ways children shouldn’t talk — cursing and stuff like that. All the signs that a child is going through something,” Murphy said.
Murphy said she began suspecting something might be wrong in February when police and state agents showed up at Enos’ apartment. Sources told Eyewitness News that they were serving a search warrant after a tip led them to believe Enos might have child pornography on her computer.
No one could confirm what, if anything, agents found on that computer.
Police said Enos’ daughter is now with her grandfather. They are also trying to confirm that a judge in New Jersey had ordered Enos to give up her other children before she moved to North Carolina.
Enos now faces a long list of charges, including rape and sexual assault of her child.
“I’m glad that she’s where she’s at. She can’t hurt that child, and I hope she never gets out of jail,” Murphy said. “If there’s any justice, she’s going to pay for what she’s done.”
That’s a mighty big if these days. Liberals and Libertarians have created a cult of the bleeding heart surrounding criminals and every year we accept more and more excuses for people’s criminality. These two will get off with light sentences when their lawyers claim they both had been abused, McDougald was the victim of racism and we’re all bigots against their “alternative lifestyle choice” of degrading and hurting each other. If there was real justice both these two would be executed and all their goods sold to fund an account for this child.
Darlene Enos deserves death – but what she’ll get is another chance to rape more children.

There’s plenty of news coverage on this so I’m just going to give you the basics. This guttersluts 12-year-old daughter went missing. Police found the girl with a 25-year-old pervert named Dewayne Hardee and promptly charged him with -
• Kidnapping
• Contributing to the delinquency of a minor
• Lewd act upon a child
• Criminal sexual conduct with a minor
But wait – the story get worse:
HORRY COUNTY — Horry County police have charged Robbie Jean Blankenship, 43, with Unlawful Neglect of a Child and Promotion or Participation of Prostitution of a Minor.
She was arrested Wednesday evening.
Police say she knew about an inappropriate relationship between a juvenile girl and Danny Dewayne Hardee, 25, and gained monetarily from it.
Hardee is charged with Kidnapping, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Lewd Act Upon a Child, and Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
She knew this pervert was raping her daughter and she “gained monetarily” from it rather than protecting her precious child? Think it can’t get worse? Wrong:
Police also arrested and charged Chad Michael Jacobs, 25, of Conway, and Clarence Davis Jr., 71, of Conway, with Accessory After the Fact. Police say both men had knowledge of Hardee and the juvenile’s whereabouts and did not provide that information to law enforcement.
They all belong in Hell, but Blankenship had a responsibility to her daughter but decided to make money from her molestation. This poor little girl has no one looking out for her.
Trucker Helps Save Kidnapped North Carolina Toddler
The kid was kidnapped from his grandmother who had custody by his mentally ill (drug user) mother. In the course of the crime the mother, 26-year-old Laura Ann Marsh, beat the grandmother with a pipe. An Amber Alert was issued and a eagle eyed trucker was able to find the deranged woman and lead officers to her:
GASTONIA, N.C. – An unknown truck driver helped Highway Patrol troopers rescue a 2-year-old boy early Friday morning who had been violently kidnapped by his mentally ill mother in Georgia, according to warrants.
A truck driver heading across the state line into North Carolina on I-85 spotted the Georgia mother and alerted authorities at 12:36 a.m. Friday while in Cleveland County and troopers were able to stop the woman at 12:46 a.m. just before mile marker 13 in Gaston County, according to the Highway Patrol.
The truck driver recognized the car and license plate from an Amber Alert. The boy was taken into custody by Gaston County Department of Social Services and the mother went to Gaston County Jail.
And he didn’t even stick around for accolades. My kind of hero. Who knows what Laura Ann Marsh was planning on doing with that helpless child.
Here’s an interesting note. Marsh is supposedly schizophrenic and bi-polar but she went to lock up, not a hospital. Maybe they do things differently in North Carolina but it sounds to me like the authorities think she’s sane. Faking an illness or a chronic pot smoker?
