Crazed Illegal Degenerate on the Loose in South Carolina

Domingo Decir Salgado is a fugitive from the Midlands but he may be in the upstate – or he might be fleeing to some other area. No one knows. What we do know is that he likes raping dudes:
Orangeburg, SC (WLTX) – Orangeburg County deputies are searching for a man they say sexually assaulted another man last Friday.
Officers say they’re looking for 22-year-old Domingo Decir Salgado.
Investigators say Salgado forcibly assaulted the man at a home in Orangeburg last Friday. Officers believe it’s possible Salgado has left the area and may be using a different name.
Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC, or e-mail a tip in to Crimestoppers of the Midlands. You can also text information in by texting “TIPSC” plus your message to CRIMES (274637).
The fact that he “might” have a changed his name and fled screams out undocumented but hey – if not for the undocumented who’d rape dudes in America?
Saldago is 28, lived at 707 Mels Court in Orangeburg and is supposedly 5’7″ and 145 pounds though his picture indicates hes a bit portlier than that. It’s likely those stats come from a fake ID. If you see him, watch your backs.
Sketch of Cop Impersonating Rapist Released

Cops are thinking there is no link between the incidents in Greenville and Spartanburg, but it’s odd to see these incidents crop up so suddenly.
Anyway here’s an update from GoUpstate:
The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office released a sketch Wednesday related to a pair of incidents in which residents reported being pulled over by a man posing as a law enforcement officer.
The sketch was developed from information provided by a victim of an incident on Old Spartanburg Highway on Monday, according to a written statement from the sheriff’s office.
The man, who is labeled a person of interest, is described as a clean-cut white male, 30 to 35 years old, with a crew-cut hairstyle. The man is reported to be 6-foot-4 to 6-foot-5 and weigh about 280 pounds — but with a muscular build. He was wearing a navy blue windbreaker and dark blue cargo pants, and driving a dark blue Chevy Tahoe with blue strobe lights in the grill, according to the statement.
Monday’s incident, which allowed officers to generate the sketch, was the second reported in Spartanburg County. The first was reported Nov. 16, when a woman said she was pulled over by a man she thought was a law enforcement officer. The man grabbed her from her car and sexually assaulted her on Nazareth Road, according to investigators.
“At this point in our investigation, there has been no evidence or information discovered that connects the two cases reported in Spartanburg County,” said Lt. Tony Ivey in a written statement issued Wednesday.

Greenville County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Hinton said in an email that the latest Greenville incident occurred in the Phillips and Gibbs Shoals roads area in Greer on Tuesday about 4:45 p.m.
A woman told officers she was driving down Phillips Road when she passed a black SUV, possibly a GMC Envoy. She said that the vehicle turned around and came up behind her with blue lights and a siren. The woman said the blue lights appeared to be coming from the interior of the vehicle.
The woman told officers that she tried to call law enforcement to verify the traffic stop before she pulled over but before she could, the SUV turned around and left, Hinton said.
“It is undetermined at this time if this is connected to any other incidents currently under investigation,” Greenville County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Hinton said.
Seems odd that multiple incidents of the same MO are happening now. If I were a cop I’d start checking if there are any new police supply shops in the area. Take a look at the sketch and be wary.
Two Different Cop Impersonators Roaming the Upstate!
This report is disturbing – be careful out there. The news report is about a degenerate seen in Spartanburg county who tried to get bribe money from one motorist and raped another. That person is a stocky White guy around 6’3″ to 6’4″ and weighing in between 277-300 pounds. He drives a blue Tahoe. But in Greenville County a young Black guy has been trying to pull the same scam, but hasn’t yet worked up to the rapings and extortion:
Meanwhile, Greenville County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported police investigator from early Monday morning, but there’s no reason to think that incident was related to the Spartanburg incidents.
A woman says she was driving on East North Street around 2:30 a.m. when a vehicle behind her had flashing white lights in the grill.
She pulled over at Ramblewood Apartments and said the car stopped before pulling around her. She said there was no further contact, but she did see the driver of a black two-door Chevrolet Malibu.
He was described as a black man in his late 20’s who was wearing a white long sleeved t-shirt.
GCSO investigators say there’s no evidence to show this was linked to an earlier incident in the county or a previous report of an incident in Spartanburg County.
Which is definitely cause for concern since it means this is just a new scam a bunch of different crooks have come up with. Video courtesy WSPA:
South Carolina State Official Caught Aiding Human Trafficking Avoids Jail Time!
Unreal! Apparently officials working for the Cosmetology licensing division were selling licenses to people they knew where human traffickers who use the documents in their slavery rackets. State and Federal authorities investigated and the official involved was able to escape jail time by doing something called a pre-trail intervention. By the way when people finish their interventions, which include taxpayer funded counseling and rehabs, their records are expunged.
The slaves are still being trafficked. Seems fair, right?
From WSPA:
COLUMBIA, SC –
The director of South Carolina’s Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation told a state Senate subcommittee Friday that an employee had been selling cosmetology licenses illegally out of the agency’s parking lot and that the agency had been under state and federal investigation.
“I was shocked,” says Sen. Kevin Bryant, R-Anderson, chairman of the subcommittee.
[...]
Catherine Templeton says, “The allegation or the charge was the employee was selling licenses, and presumably to support the human trafficking that goes on through the nation. The licenses were provided to individuals who were not, who had not met the statutory requirements for the licenses and enabled people who were not otherwise qualified to work in South Carolina.”
She says the illegal licenses were for nail technicians and that human traffickers often get illegally obtained licenses so they’ll have a way to put their victims to work.
The LLR employee was fired and investigated and charged by the State Law Enforcement Division. Templeton says the employee was allowed to enter a pre-trial intervention program to avoid possible prison time.
Templeton says she also forced the retirement of another employee who was over the cosmetology section because the FBI was also investigating licensing at the agency.
Rough justice! The corruption also extended to the purchasing of equipment – the agency spent nearly $2,000,000 on a computer system that never got delivered. That’s not chump change but it’s small potatoes compared to officials helping slavers run their business. Here’s video:
Officials Warning of Bad Air Quality Tuesday
From Fox Carolina:
On Monday, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control issued an orange ozone action day for Tuesday.
Officials said that conditions are likely Tuesday for increased ground-level ozone concentrations in the Upstate, making it difficult for some to breathe.
Ground-level ozone forms when hot, dry and stagnant weather patters occur, trapping emissions from vehicles close to the surface, said DHEC Air Quality Bureau Chief Myra Reece.
“When ozone levels are elevated, active children and adults, as well as people with respiratory disease, such as asthma, should limit prolonged outdoor exertion,” Reece said.
Be careful out there.
