Rotten Reporting: WSPA Tries Spinning Shooting of Home Invader
A Spartanburg couple who had a house on the market were told by their realtor that someone might have been squatting on their property. The couple went to check on the condition of the house and smartly armed themselves to do so. When they arrived the squatter, a homeless man named Gregory Wells, attacked the couple and the wife shot Wells in the face.
Wells survived his injury and the couple emerged unscathed. Good news all around, right?
Not to WSPA who originally titled the story on their website something along the lines of Homeless Man Shot in Face by Owner of House he Was Staying At. The updates story is titled NO Charges Filed Against Homeowners who Shot Homeless Man Staying at their House.
I sense an agenda here. See, claiming he was staying at their house implies he was a guest. He was not, he was a criminal entering another person’s home. A trespasser. When he was caught in the home he attacked the owners.The headlines are intended to create the perception that the homeowners did something wrong. They did not, they defended their lives and property from predation by one of those in our society that lack the moral compass which keeps us from hurting others, physically or financially.
Why would WSPA go through such convolutions in their headline to paint this as some sort of tragedy? Well, it could be the media’s coming “war on guns” that was spurred by the failure of Fast and Furious. Some readers may not be aware that many liberal journalists organize online – with the leftist political structure – to decide what spin to give stories. one of 2012s big pushes in the media will be the “evil” of gun ownership in America. The influx of Northeaster Liberals into the Carolinas is creating momentum for this view on the ground and the liberals in the media are going to stoke the fires so that Obama can push through the draconian gun control measures the left has been pushing for.

Mother of Teen Rapist Keith Adger Smyth Charged!
And a “family friend” was also charged. Authorities found pornographic magazines in 16-year-old Keith Adger Smyth’s bedroom during their investigation. The mother, a filthy harlot named Carolyn Marie Smyth, not only knew of Smyth’s inappropriate (and in South Carolina illegal) collection of spank materials being left in full view of other children but reports indicate that she knew a 52-year-old man named Kevin Mark Kamppinen was providing the boy with the porn.
Now I’m starting to understand why Keith Adger Smyth thought it was acceptable to rape children. This monster was raised to be sexually degenerate:
The mother of a Spartanburg teenager charged in sex crimes involving minors has been arrested after investigators say she knew her son possessed magazines featuring nude women in them.
Carolyn Marie Smyth, 39, of 110 Daytona Drive, was arrested Thursday by the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Her son, Keith Adger Smyth, 16, of 110 Dayton Drive, was arrested Wednesday by the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office and charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor younger than 11, and one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor age 11 to 14.
Three of the victims in the incidents are boys from 7 to 10 years old, while the fourth boy is 11 to 14, according to arrest warrants.
An arrest warrant for Carolyn Smyth states that between June 25, 2009, and Dec. 29, 2010, she “did knowingly and willfully permit her minor son under the age of 18 to possess nude magazines, knowing the magazines were in plain view in his bedroom and he had other minor children in his bedroom, all of this after being warned by law enforcement to remove the magazines.”
It is against the law for a minor younger than 18 to possess nude magazines.[...]
A family friend, Kevin Mark Kamppinen, 52, of 123 Daytona Drive, also has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. According to an arrest warrant, he provided Keith Smyth with nude magazines.
Investigators obtained arrest warrants for Carolyn Smyth and Kamppinen, but the two had not been taken into custody on Thursday.
A little more detail has emerged about the crimes which make me think more charges are probably coming down the pike for the mother and her “family friend” Kevin Mark Kamppinen:
The sheriff’s office’s special victims unit investigated the case, when it was reported Dec. 14 that Keith Smyth had been sexually abusing the boys. Keith Smyth made them perform oral sex on him, and he also performed oral sex on them, according to an incident report.
After the victims stopped going to Keith Smyth’s house, Smyth began going to their homes, threatening them and bribing them, the report said. Keith Smyth provided one of the victims with a pornographic magazine, the report said.
According to arrest warrants, the incidents happened between Oct. 1 and Dec. 14. The warrants accuse Keith Smyth of engaging in sexual battery with the victims “by performing oral and/or anal sexual intercourse with a minor.”
Keith Smyth has been charged as an adult in the incidents.
So the abuse happened in the mother’s house and when the kids started avoiding this pervert in training he used the magazines Kamppinen gave him to bribe the victims, which is something adult pedophiles do to children. Anyone else think it sounds like Smyth was being trained?
Also, any mothers out there want to weigh in on what a woman should do if a “family friend” is giving your teen pornography as a gift.
State Rep’s Son Might be a Filthy Degenerate, Will Folks Definitely One
Right now police are working on that assumption but the theory was first floated by a known liar and wife beating degenerate so I won’t overlook the possibility here that some politician’s kid is getting railroaded as part of Will Folks’ war on everyone. But right now State Representative Steve Parker’s son is the main suspect in a series of disturbing and escalating sex crimes targeting the USC area:
Spartanburg County Deputies on Tuesday say they arrested Kevin Allen Parker, 27, in connection to a series of indecent exposure cases.
Deputies think Parker is responsible for numerous incidents of indecent exposure at apartment complexes near USC Upstate.
Parker, the son of S.C. House District 37 Rep. Steve Parker, was arrested around 2:30 p.m., and was taken to the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
Deputies say Parker has been exposing himself to women and even a few small children since at least January 2009.
Sheriff Chuck Wright says four investigators worked on the case.
“We feel like this is our guy,” Wright said.
Several weeks ago, deputies say Parker entered two apartments at the Campus Suites apartments and stood over women who were asleep inside. In one instance, deputies say one of the women awoke to Parker touching her.
On Oct. 31, 2010, USC Police in Columbia, SC, arrested Parker and charged him with indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
According to an incident report, Parker stood outside of a dorm and exposed himself to women entering the dorm.
Parker was pinched flashing so cops probably think this is a no brainer (as would I) but there’s a chance that the very average Parker fits the description of the very average suspect and cops knew that they could rely on the morally bankrupt Folks to make the case for them. After all smearing people on the Internet at the behest of another party is how Folks makes a living. Frankly there are probably quite a few flashers in that area so we’ll never really know if Parker is responsible for every reported incident.
But Parker has yet to declare his innocence so I expect him to plead out. You can expect a long, winded rambling post about Folks taking down the upstate flasher – after a torrid affair – to appear on Fitsnews in the next few days.
Aspiring ‘Rassler Jamie Earnhart Gets Ass Handed to Him by Girlfriend’s Children
After roughing up his old lady while she was holding a baby so he deserved this beating and then some. His MySpace list his occupation as Wrestler but I have found no promotion for which he’s currently on the roster, so by occupation he means fantasy. He does claim to wrestle for APW which is a “promotion” that charges $25 for you to come to some sort of wrestling amateur night which makes me think it’s less a promotion and more a wrestling school that holds shows. Their business web site is a MySpace page.
This also isn’t his first domestic beef, you’ll surely be surprised to learn.
The 27-year-old unemployed aspiring pro-wrestler is in a relationship with this 35-year-old adolescent who, if you scroll through the messages on her MySpace, was publicly berating Jamie for cheating on her. Her “mood” after being assaulted while holding a baby by the unemployed loser who would have probably killed her had her children not action? Confused. Luckily two of her four children, probably the 18-year-old and the 12-year-old, were not confused at all.

Deputies responded to the home on Mabry Road in Roebuck, Sunday morning. A woman told authorities that her live-in boyfriend Jamie Earnhart pushed her while she was holding her baby, then hit her in the the face, while he continued to yell at her.
The woman stated that when her children heard what was going on, they started to fight Earnhart. The suspect admitted to hitting the victim, and told deputies that he was trying to leave when the children blocked him from leaving the home before deputies arrived.
Mr. Earnhart was taken to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center for treatment from injuries sustained from the children fighting with him at the home. Mr. Earnhart was charged with criminal domestic violence and then transported to Spartanburg County Detention Facility.
Deputies say Mr. Earnhart has a prior conviction for criminal domestic violence.
When your kids have to step in and protect you from your abusive boyfriend who is almost a decade younger than you it’s time to rethink where you are in life.Her children should be given medals and applauded for being the adults in this situation. The mother needs to grow up, throw out this trash and start setting an example for her precious children.

Jason Smith of Campobello is a filthy pervert. (Allegedly, of course.) Here’s the news release from the Office of the Attorney General:
Attorney General Henry McMaster announced today that Jason Nem Smith, 30, of 208 Harrison Acres Drive, in Campobello, South Carolina, was arrested on August 5, 2010, by the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office on child pornography charges.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office is a member of the Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Task Force investigators have received training on the use of special software to conduct undercover investigations related to the sharing of child pornography on peer-to-peer (file sharing) networks.
Smith is charged with one (1) count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (§16-15-405), 2nd Degree, a felony offense punishable by two (2) to ten (10) years imprisonment; one (1) count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (§16-15-410), 3rd Degree, a felony offense punishable to ten (10) years imprisonment; and three (3) counts of Dissemination of Obscene Material to a Minor (§16-15-345), a felony offense punishable to ten (10) years imprisonment on each count.
Smith is charged with sharing digital photographs and/or videos over the Internet depicting children engaged in sex acts. Smith’s computer was seized for forensic examination. Files containing the pornographic images were found on that computer.
A booking photo is available through the Spartanburg County Detention Center.The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
McMaster stressed that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
Smith posted bond and is back out on the street today. Let’s hope investigators have an airtight case.
